Sweet & Salty Popcorn Mix

Ingredients

-3 cups Smart Pop Original

-1/4 cup dried cherries

-2 Tbsp chopped pecans

-1 Tbsp melted white chocolate (or if you want something really easy, use Ghirardelli White Chocolate Sauce in squeeze bottle)

-Cinnamon to taste

Directions

1. Combine popcorn, cherries, and pecans and spread mix on parchment paper

2. Melt white chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Microwave for another 15 seconds and stir. Repeat until chocolate is melted

3. Drizzle white chocolate on over ingredients and mix with a spoon or rubber scraper

4. Dust with cinnamon and let mixture cool/harden
