The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays and it is usually spent eating way too much food and drinking way too much booze. No party is complete without a red, white, and blue themed sweet treat. If you are looking for a quick and easy dessert that everyone will love, this Oreo cheesecake dip will not disappoint.
Ingredients
- 1oz package sugar free instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 2-8oz blocks of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- ½ c 1% milk
- 2tsp vanilla
- 1-2 c powdered sugar
- 1 stick of salted butter
- 12 Red, white and blue oreos
- Red, white and blue sprinkles
- Graham crackers
Directions
1. Soften the butter and cream cheese.
2. Using a hand mixer, mix butter, cream cheese, pudding mix, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
3. Add the powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, and mix until combined. Continue adding powdered sugar until desired thickness.
4. Crush Oreos and fold into cream cheese mixture. Mix in the sprinkles. Severe with graham crackers.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
