PB, Blueberry & Flax Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Dannon Light or Fit and Okios Triple Zero)

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

- 1Tbsp flaxseeds

- 1Tbsp Peanut butter (can sub 1Tbsp PB2 for lower calories/fat)


Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl

2. Mix and enjoy immediately. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
